Yesterday, I did a Masquerade cake for a Sweet Sixteen at La Pomme in NYC. The event was held at a chic, private event space that totally suited the style of my cake design. She wanted bright golds, a nuance of red and DRAMA for her cake. The flavor was Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Frosting. Tanvi’s such a sweet girl with style and I definitely wanted to make a special cake for her. Happy Sweet Sixteen Tanvi!
